Organising our time and attendance issues:

I decided to take more of a leading role in trying to organise our time people, As we were starting to have some problems with people being late, or not coming in at all. I thought that I should make a time sheet, in which team members could sign in and sign out the times that they come and go. This will allow us to review at the end of the week and get a better idea of how everyone is doing. This will also make it a lot easier for when the making team join in, there will be a lot more people around which will mean we will have to be extra organised in order to make sure we know what's going on and that everything gets done. We will also be able to mark on when students will be off for work experience. This will avoid the problem of issuing jobs to people when they won't be around to do them.

Another way to try and get people to be a bit more punctual was to add another clause into the contract, this was:

6. If you are late then you agree to stay for the same amount of time that you have missed, after 5pm.
(i) If you aren’t present at the agreed starting time, then you will not get priority of what you want to do for the day.
(i) All attendance needs to be noted down on the time sheet.

We all agreed that this was fine, and I will be monitoring to guarantee that it was followed. by all team members, including myself.
