Maidstone Correspondance

Thursday 16th March:

For the Maidstone set, we thought we would try and maximize our budget and try and get as much of the larger items for cheaper or free of charge. This would be in return for crediting the companies names in the programme and will allow us to use our budget for other things. The main things we wanted to try and get was a new floor, this would ideally be high gloss black or a high gloss black LED floor, which many companies near us over in a version of a dance floor. We also needed a red carpet and the extras luxury items we tried to get were Swarovski crystals and get sponsorship from a Popcorn  company for popcorn to fill the TV stand and also as a welcoming for the Audience members. I contacted many different places via websites, phone and email and these were the people that have responded so far. Many of them were unluckily unsuccessful but I have managed to get hold of a free red carpet which was an offcut from a company in Rochester.
