Saturday 13th May- Costume Fitting
Today myself, Kerry and Amy went to Razzamataz at Mid Kent college, here we were able to give the costumes for the children to try on, this allowed us to check that everything fit okay and they felt comfortable in what we had made. They all seemed extremely pleased and it was so rewarding to see someone wearing something that you had made. There were a few things that we will need to add in, including a headpiece to cover donkeys and Shrek's heads and have holes in for the ears. We also talked through arrangements with Hayley about coming to help out at the dress rehearsals and the shows back stage, this would mean being on hand with an iron and pins, and also the possibility for face painting.
I have attached pictures of all the parts I had made something with, apart from thee Wiz as the little boy who was playing him unfortatly dropped out and we were unable to find a replacement yet.I have blurred the face out for privacy reasons.
